Lantai Company is a specialized entity enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of prepreg (carbon fiber/glass fiber)/SMC/BMC composite materials and molded products. Established in 2011, the company covers a total area of 100 acres with a construction area of nearly 90,000 square meters. It has gathered a first-class technical research and development team and after-sales service engineers, equipped with a product research and development center and laboratories, and possesses independent research and development capabilities for various high-performance composite materials and prepreg. It has successively obtained ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management, and IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management system certifications. It has obtained dozens of various patents and has been awarded the titles of National High-tech Enterprise and Specialized, Fine, Unique, and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

The company boasts 3 domestically advanced prepreg production lines, 5 SMC sheet production lines, 10 sets of BMC production equipment, and 20 molding equipment units ranging from 315T to 2500T. The production lines are equipped with automated production control systems, modular production processes, and online monitoring of key parameters, achieving data-driven, automated, and standardized production modes. This has significantly enhanced production efficiency and improved the uniformity and stability of product quality. The designed annual production capacity for prepreg (carbon fiber/glass fiber) is 1 million square meters, with SMC sheet molding compound and BMC bulk molding compound reaching over 60,000 tons and 20,000 tons respectively. The products, characterized by high strength, high toughness, high flame retardancy, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and environmental friendliness, have been widely used in the construction of high and low voltage accessories in the energy storage and electrical power fields, indoor and outdoor network communication junction boxes, new energy vehicles and rail accessories, as well as urban and residential areas.
